Our client is an industry leader in compliant financial account software solutions.  They help financial institutions cut costs, increase deposits and automate their internal processes. 


Our client seeks an Accountant to support day-to-day transactions, including expenses and payroll.  This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their career in accounting and finance.   Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices.  Ultimately, you’ll help maintain the company’s financial health, ensure they use their resources beneficially, ensure smooth running of the company’s operations and contributes in driving sustainable growth.


  • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
  • Prepare balance sheets
  • Track and reconcile bank statements
  • Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
  • Process tax payments
  • Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
  • Provide administrative support during budget preparation
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data


  • Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Advanced MS Officel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
  • Familiarity with office management software (ERP, etc)
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • BS degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2 years work experience in related field
